To celebrate our faith and commemorate the Puerto Rican Festival, the annual spiritual gathering takes place at the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul in Center City. It is presided by His Eminence Cardinal Justin Rigali of the Philadelphia Catholic Archdiocese.
