46th Regional Puerto Rican Day Parade Results

We are pleased to announce the Judges' score results of 46th Regional Puerto Rican Parade - held on Sunday, September 28, 2008 in Philadelphia from noon to 4:00 PM.

The following results only account for those participants who explicitly requested to be judged on their performance in their applications.

Judging was performed by a diverse 6-judge panel. The resulting scores are mathematical expressions of the judges (1 – 10) rankings of 5 critical areas:

Best Portrayal of Festival’s Theme;
Best Display of Puerto Rican Culture;
Originality/Creativity;
Costume; and,
Crowd Appeal.
