Nicole Minsoo Smith is the Community Umbrella Agency 3, Assistant Director at Concilio. Nicole has a Master’s degree in Social Work, specializing in the clinical practice with Families and Children from Monmouth University and is a resident of Philadelphia.
Nicole is a proud social worker, serving the city of Philadelphia for more than 14 years in the child welfare system. Nicole has experience with in-home protective services, on-going case management, community engagement and prevention work. Nicole takes pride on being a strengths-based, purposeful leader who empowers those around her with positivity, empathy, and honesty.
Now as the Assistant Director, alongside the CUA Director, Nicole provides guidance and leadership at CUA 3 as well as additional and supportive oversight to case management, prevention services, intervention services and community engagement.
