Our housing counseling program provides free, confidential housing counseling services for residents of Philadelphia. Monthly workshops are held for individuals interested in learning more about buying their first home. Individual counseling sessions are available for people interested in pre-purchase, credit and credit repair, LIHEAP energy assistance, real estate taxes owed, tax rebates, or for assistance managing or preventing the forclosure process.

Our counseling is provided in both English and Spanish. Please feel free to contact us for more information about our housing counseling program or to set up an appointment. We happily provide referrals for individuals who have needs outside of our program areas.

If you have an appointment for Pre-purchase, Tax Rebate, Budget or Credit Counseling please bring the following documents:

If you have an appointment for Foreclosure or Real Estate Taxes Owed please bring the following documents:

• W2s
• Most Recent Bank Statement
• Most Recent Tax Return
• Utility Bills
